Property Trak is designed to assist in tracking several items of information surrounding an HOA community. Property Trak helps in the following area's of tracking Work Orders and doing follow-up on them. Tracking violations, tracking parking permits, rentals that are available, along with those that are also for sale. Added to this is the ability to track police and fire responses within the HOA communiity, along with residential vehicles, and who they belong too (address & contact information), also included is an area for pet registration. I've attempted to cover a lot within the software. included is a utility to export data to a CSV, for easy importing into your favorite spreadsheet application.
